Can I use my Brawl save with a Project M iso?

I recently homebrewed my Wii so I can play games off a harddrive (the disk drive died), and I'm using a standalone iso to play Project M (the same iso I use with Dolphin).

The system treats it as a new game and created a new save for it, so I have to go through the character unlock stages, which is kind of obnoxious. My Brawl save has everything unlocked already and I didn't have this problem when I was playing P:M off an SD card. Is there a way to make the system use that Brawl save file with the Project M iso (by copying it to the right place or something)? I'm not familiar with how the Wii stores saves or any programs that can manipulate them, so any help is appreciated.

* Download Wiimms ISO Tools
* Extract the files somewhere
* Go to the "bin" folder and move your ISO here (or run the installer, then you can do this from whatever folder your ISO is in)
* Press shift+right-click, select "open command window here" (Windows only, Mac/Linux: open the terminal and navigate to the appropriate directory)
* Run this command (Mac/Linux: begin with ./wit):
Code:
wit copy <your ISO> <another name for your ISO> --tt-id=RSBE
* Move the ISO it outputs back to where your first ISO was, and rename it back to what your first ISO was as well

The effect of this is to make Brawl and PM share the same save file.

How did you make this ISO? If you used the SSBB mod ISO builder application, there should be an option to have the built P:M ISO share a save slot with Brawl...

I use a Brawl ISO and use USB Loader GX's built-in Ocarina to load the Project M codes on it. That way it recognizes the game as Brawl just like with a disc and I can change out my codes whenever I want.

Just wanted to say that this worked, thanks!
