with the JP wii and the JP brawl game, all legit, does it work on a NTSC PB Tv?

what is NTSC PB?

Im getting the JP Wii and JP Brawl, and wondering if this TV with the JP Wii, because i need a TV with atleast NTSC I know, but will NTSC PB or NTSC M work?
