Can I install Brawl Minus 4.0 Without Homebrew?

Hey, so with the release of 4.0, I was wondering if there was some method to gettting brawl minus to work without homebrew. I know there's other methods. But this is the newest version. So if anybody could help me/us out that would be nice

Brawl Minus should now be capable of booting without homebrew installed via the Smash Stack method.
