can i have some help making an image take 2 KB less memory?

the above takes 36 kb, i need it to take 34.2, how can i do this without making the quality too bad?
Well, I was able to bring it to 18.6 kb just by opening it in IrfanView and saving it as a jpeg using most of the default options selected. Does that help?
