Can I get some movesets?

So I havn't a lot of experience in the meta game, I know how to EV train, and check IV's and the simple stuff like that but I'm not very good at picking held items and attacks for my pokemon...

I know a lot of it has to do with the rest of the party they are in put here is a few of the current projects I have to make movesets for:

bashful
252Atk/252spd/4 HP


Metagross
impish
252/atk/252/def/4special def?


Blissey
Mild
252 Special attack/252 SP def/4 def?



I'm not 100% sure what else to tell you about them, and I'm just starting out with a few of them, and I know I don't have good natures, but can anyone help?
