Can I get 20xx with a melee disc and homebrew channel?

You will need a melee ISO and a loader of some sort.
This is because some files need to be replaced within melee which you'll have to do on your PC.
You can create a digital copy of your disc, an ISO or 'ROM', but it's significantly faster to just download one. Honestly, just google "Melee rom".
I recommend nintendont as a loader since it is easy to set up and can read files from your SD card unlike others that require an external hard drive.
Please read through the 20XX hack pack thread by Achilles, download the hack pack and follow the instructions of the readme.txt to obtain your 20XX ISO.
