I think I might be able to help.
I actually can't translate very well at all. Oh, I know Katakana and can usually figure out stuff that is supposed to be in English, but that doesn't help with anything that's in actual japanese. However, assuming the placement of stuff in the US and JP Sticker updates are identical I can tell you a lot by matching up the Kanji...
Classic Sonic Sticker with arms crossed looks like an attack + 12, but the type doesn't match any of the others revealed. So I'm stumped there. If I had to guess I'd say it relates to B Button attacks, because it looks like it's waza which someone else on this board said was how they refered to B button moves. I might be wrong about that. I also can't read the Kanji next to Sonic's name.
and the other classic sonic with him pointing looks like it gives [Arm] Attack up 12.
Klaptrap looks like it gives [Electric] Resist + 4 (huh?)
Groundon looks like it gives [Fire] Resist + 8
Claus looks like it gives [PSI] Attack + 8
The Bowser Symbol which is briefly selected for less then half a second. Is Bowser Coin (Mario Party 6). It looks like it gives [Arm] Attack + 8.
