Can anyone give me reassurance on Online matches?

So, I've been getting some friends from my home board on GameFAQs, but I don't know if I'll be able to play correctly. I did a test from Madison, WI to Chicago, IL using speedtest.net:

I did another test to Anchorage, AK:

Normally, I can play games online, all my XBOX 360 games work fine, as did BWii when I went online, but I'm just worried because when I play "With Anyone" it becomes a horrible lag-fest =(

Lag generally gets worse with more players. Since With Anyone generally has 4 people, the lag is generally worse.

Plus, with 4 people, you're much more likely to have someone with a bad connection.
