Can anybody understand? (Ice Climber)

I can't really make out the dialog in the beginning of the Ice Climber music, all I can get for sure is "Hey Guys" then the rest is inaudible. Does anybody know what the person says?

To give this some discussion value, what do you think about all the songs featuring dialog? How do you feel about fighting to songs with lyrics? Do you think this could hint to voice acting?
