Can AI be customized for Project M using AI Scriptpad?

Yo everyone this is Alexarah14 I need to know if it's possible to alter the AI or create new AI for Project M? Basically I downloaded this tool for SSBB called AI Scriptpad. First off I would like to have more documentation on programming AI the way the Project M team did. It's obvious that the latest Project M AI is different than the Brawl AI. I also remember reading that programming in AI Scriptpad is the same as programming in PSA. So I need to know how to go about applying AI to Project M because Brawl as we all know is dead at this point. Any help will be appreciated!
