I've been looking into the camera changes between Brawl and Project M. Using a somewhat sloppy c# program (source code is herre if you're interested), I got a comparison of the different STPM values between Brawl stages on the one hand, and P:M stages on the other. The results are here, and it looks like the most common differences between P:M and Brawl are in Value15, Value16, Value17, Value19, and MinimumTilt/MaximumTilt.
Note that this doesn't count stages without a .pac file in P:M - yep, Shadow Moses Island is exactly the same as in Brawl.
Summary -- the most common changes are Value19, Value17, Value16, and Value15, as well as MinimumTilt/MaximumTilt and PauseCamRotXMin/Max.
Value19 changes to 2 (except on rcruise), and Value17 becomes either 1.125 or 1.5 (except on zebes). Min/max tilt are usually set to -7.2 and -25, respectively. The new values of Value15 and Value16 are much less consistent.
Anyone have any clues into what these values do? I changed Value19 and Value17 in one of our PMCE stages, and the camera does seem faster, at least to me.
