Is there a way to edit the camera angle / move it around?

I recently downloaded a map and it looks like this:

Wingcap Tower does this too.

So is there a way to move the camera upwards a bit & tilt it downwards, or would I be better off editing the map?

There is a way. If you go into the PAC file, go to the STPM file. If there are more than one STPM files, go to the first one. Highlight the STPMEntry(Whatever) file and you'll see a bunch of values. Then go to the value that has "MinimumTilt" off to the side and edit that value; it's mostly 5, but it'll be different on certain stages. The camera will move upwards the higher the tilting angle.

@ Sluigi123 Sluigi123 Is it possible to limit a camera's downward movement? For example, I've got a stage with water, but when someone gets spiked below it, the camera goes beneath the stage.

Try and increase the MinimumTilt up, and/or bring the CamLimit0N bone in the StgPosition model that is within ModelData[100] (Or 10 if you're editing Brinstar.) up a bit to the point where the camera itself won't go underwater.

Thanks! Is there a way to zoom out the camera as well? And what do people mean when they add a PM camera (as in like, what's the difference), and how do they do it?

Just edit the MinimumZ in the STPM file. What they meant was that they took one of Project M's STPM files inside one of their stages (via exporting), and edited it to make it work with the stage. Not that big of a difference if you ask me, besides quicker reaction in general and to the respawned characters to be more similar to Melee.
