Versis Entertainment Center opened up 4 months ago in Gresham, OR and is looking to build a smash community. Starting May 8th, every thursday it will be $5.99 to play smash from 6-10pm casually as a meet and greet/ practice with a small competitive event at 8pm. If you are in the area, or just want to plan a fun night with smashers please feel free to come on out. I will be there almost every week.

About me: My name is Thomas, I main Lucas, I've spent some time trolling these boards to get a feel for Brawl, and I consider myself to be a semi-decent smash player (BC-Chris can vouch for me). This place has a really sweet look to it, high end equipment, and wants to build a community so it can organize tournaments and meet some cool players.

I do work at Versis (as a second/part time job) but I'm not the owner, I dont profit from this at all, I just really want to meet some smash players in person that are good, bad, new, whatever, and I think that Versis would be a really cool place for us to meet up.

guys, it isnt like this is at somebody's house and its just a free to play type thing in general... This place is a gaming center that normally charges $4 an hour, $5.99 for four hours is not bad and it is the highest end equipment around. Its a sweet place, and tourneys will start there soon **IT IS JUST A MATTER OF SHOWING THE OWNER THAT THERE IS ENOUGH DEMAND/COMMUNITY**

Its going to be a lot of fun so come try the place out before you knock it.

If nothing else, come just to tell the owner what kind of tournaments/events it will take to get you back and to get a smash community building at Versis!

$5 works, and yeah, BC gave a bunch of fliers to people at the last smash tournament, so there should be quite a few of us coming tomorrow from the non-Gresham area.
