so im going to start doing a blog every week, even though nobody will probably care and nobody probably knows who i am. the subjects can range from anything to nothing. Lol anybody that would like to discuss what i post in this blog weekly can do so here, for i will try to check it as often as i can.

BLOG #1: Perpetual Motion

as we know it, perpetual motion is not currently possible because of air resistance and friction. my answer: if it becomes possible, it will be in space. there is certainly no oxygen and no air resistance; the only thing we'd have to worry about would be friction. creating a frictionless material may be impossible, but i think somebody has found out how to get past friction: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=wvRzWYCZ2e0

Blog #2: Black Holes

so, black holes. those things that from which not even light can escape. so far, we've found thousands of black holes, but what nobody knows is what's at the center of a black hole... odds are, it's a tiny little man with a flashlight looking for a circuit breaker. (props if u can get that reference :D) these black holes keep growing by absorbing matter around them that passes through a border in the black hole that is called the Event Horizon. matter such as light and dust can only enter into the event horizon, for nothing can come back through the opposite way. some black holes r complex, some r simple. those that r simple have mass but neither an electric charge or momentum. as you can imagine, black holes r dangerous obviously. but not to worry! the closest black hole is over 1600 lightyears away. and that's not a short distance.

Blog #3: Super 8 and X-men

so last night, i saw Super 8 again for the 2nd time. and it was even better than the last. if u havent heard what Super 8 is about, ill give a little synopsis: so these kids r making a movie that they r going to enter in a Super 8 Film Competition. when the director, 1 of the kids, decides he wants some production value in his film, he decides to film as a train is going by next to the train station. while they r filming, they see a truck head onto the tracks, hit the train head on, and there is a massive train crash and explosions. just when it seems the crash is done, 1 of the boys involved in the film sees a door from 1 of the train cars being punched open from the inside and the door go flying., but runs away.
after the train crash, air force personnel r seen in the accident claiming that they r "cleaning up." but suspicious things r happening around town: dogs running away and leaving the county as well as many reports of thefts of electrical appliances.

i dont want to ruin if for u, but basically it's like the goonies an E.T., but 100x better.

now for xmen; ive also seen this 2 times since it came out. the 4th xmen is basically a prologue to all the other xmen, showcasing mutant involvement in the Cold War. Charles Xavier leads a group of young mutants working for the CIA to stop WWIII from occuring, while another very powerful mutant and his team is trying to start WWIII by trying to make the Soviets fire nuclear missiles at the U.S. this movie was amazing, probably 1 of my favorites of all time. i definitely would recommend this movie to any1 that like superheroes or the xmen movies. better than wolverine origins, i thought.

Blog 4: Green Lantern

so i saw Green Lantern for the 2nd time in the last month, and it was just amazing as the last. if u have no idea what the "Green Lantern" is, i recommend going to wikipedia. i think Ryan Renolds did a fine job playing Hal Jordan, and Blake Lively was HOT. lmao. but some questions still keep me wondering...
for those who have seen the movie, how was he breathing while he was in space? and the 2nd question: how was he not burning when he was near the sun? any1 wanna help me on these?
other than those 2 questions, the movie was amazing and very truthful to the comics. excellent movie, and though they spend $300 million on it, i think it will make the money back in DVD sales.
