C-stick for tilts?

is it possible to make this a thing in project M like it is in smash 4? if you change c-stick to attack it will do tilts instead of smashes.

This was in vBrawl, but was removed in preference for Melee inputs. No, it is not possible from the base PM game. You'd have to dig into the files and code it back to vBrawl stuff.
