By chance, has anyone found out how to change the chances of certain pokemon apprng?

Sorry about "appearing" the title was too long.

Anyways, my apologies if this is the wrong place, but my question is quite simple, can you edit the probabilities of which pokemon appear in pokeballs? and obviously can someone show me how?

I mostly want to make Manaphy appear ridiculously often for some switcheroo matches, and of course to actually see the danged thing, but I'd also like to make certain pokemon in general appear more or less often.

Dantarion found the PSA command to spawn a Pokémon in the Pokéball item PAC. It has no parameters, so PSA seems to have no control over it.

Other than that, I haven't heard anything about anyone cracking the probability table.
