Build_ISO failing

Hello,
I have properly downloaded and extracted the Homebrew and ISO_builder_3.01 to the same file. I then followed direction in launching the Build_ISO v3.1.bat and gone through the black window putting in the 1,1,2,1,1 (to confirm) and it gives me that meaningless error about cygidn-11 and i hit 'OK'. a file initially pops up called ssbb.d in the folder but after agreeing/ignoring the error is vanishes. leaving me back at square one. Nothing has helped this, it happens every time. Any ideas or solutions?

I'm not sure what your problem is. If you're trying to use an ISO, I load one young CFG Loader. If you have any questions PM me. We're not supposed to discuss ISO's really.

You should extract the builder folder and put in it
1) The projectm folder from the homebrew folder
2) RSBE01.gct from the codes folder of the homebrew folder
3) Your brawl iso

If all of that is in there and it's not working verify that you have 8gb of hard drive space avaliable.

If none of that is the issue try to look at what the builder says right before it takes you back to square one.
