Broken GC Controllers (Joysticks)

I have 3 gc controllers and each of their joysticks don't function properly.

Two of them don't go down or up for the most part and the other one gets jammed sometimes, but is more usable than the other 2 so I use it for playing brawl.

Anyone have a good way to fix my problem? Anything that actually worked for yourselves?

My friends and I have gone through at least 10 controllers just from playing smash, and to this day, I haven't found a way to repair them. I would recommend just buying a new one. Sorry it's not the cheapest solution, but I am pretty sure it cant be fixed.
