Even charaters
Every character has their own advantages. Most of them are balanced, so if some guy is mighty strong, then he'll probabaly be slow. Every character is balanced. (There is a difference between link and toon link. Link has a slashing sword, which makes him a strong knockback character with no finishing combo blows. Toon link HAS NO knockback blows but has a small sword which makes it easier to commit combos and finish things off. Every character has its own advantages.) Mario, the best well rounded character, is very well balanced. His charge smash is even, he has some what combos, since hes well rounded, his small specails suck but are useful in some ways. If i had a scale chart,i could proabaly explain better.

Broken characters.
When some characters are balanced, their are some charaters that are made a little too good. This makes those characters no so balanced. Some characters are really fast and have flying ability with small hands creating large combos. Toping that off, they even might have strong charge smashes. This is not really even...
i accuse meta knight for being a broken character cause what is said above, was MK's ability. Broken characters arent made like that, but by mistake. The players have made the name meta knight, not the creater. Im guessing the game had a few things or bugs or maybe the character wasnt made right... watever.

...but you should really check the current tier list before you make such outlandish accusations on who and who isnt "broken" in this game. One cant even claim that meta knight is broken . The description is: "A game object or facility that is too good to exist. It is so powerful that it is unbalancing and hence breaks the game. Every winning player has to use this to be competitive"
this doesnt apply to meta, and in no possible way applies to anyone else on your list

All right, assuming that you aren't a troll, let me tell you about the characters that could be considered broken: MK, Snake (These two guys are waaay better than the rest of the cast) and Ice Climbers (They have more deadly chaingrabs than you can count).

I'm sorry, but please know what your talking about when you say something about a character.

Mario isn't really balanced, which explains why he's... Low Tier. Of course, he's got a little bit of everything going for him, but that's besides the point.

Mario's specials... are definantly NOT useless, look up a Mario combo video on youtube if you want proof. He's one of the best gimpers in the game with those specials in his arsenal. (Not to mention the awesome Up-B)

Also, some combos is an understatement, Mario is the **** when it comes to combos.

a real mario player uses his fireballs a bunch of the times to add to a combo or
end one that his oppenent is using., i also did say marios specail are useful in most cases

yes, snake and mk have their own tier , but they're not unbeatable by any means..

I.e. snake has dedede as a counter character and meta has many even matchups, but no disadvantages!

I really, really like Brawl alot, but I admit that they did a fail job balancing the game. Brawl is a game where you choose your main because you enjoy him. However, there is no denying that there are better and worse characters in Brawl. Its fact. In addition to broken characters, there are fail characters too. People like MK, Snake, Marth (), D3, wario, and more stand above the majority of the roster while Falcon, Ganondorf, Link, Samus, and others sink below. And then people like Luigi or Peach or Donkey Kong or Wolf play right in the middle. Regarding the highest tiers, I'm not saying that MK or Snake are ban-worthy (do not flame me ), but that they are at a much higher standard than three-fourths of the cast. And Samus and Ganon and Falcon just do not contend in an environment like that.

Now, a player's skill level is superior to the disadvantages or advantages of his/her character. Yet competitively, your skill is usually matched by an opponent's, allowing for the match-up factor. A MK player will have a slight advantage over a Fox player, and an incredible adavantage over a ganondorf player. In a relatively balanced game, the differences are subtle to moderate because every character has some chance at the top spot. But Brawl's brokenness does away with those possibilities and requires low tiers to pick up a high tier secondary or first (the usual case, that is). Point blank, a Snake player will tend to dominate over an Ike player. A D3 will generally place better than Link. Falco will usually KO Jiggs.

Yes, there is a wall, however thin or thick, that separates those of high tier from those of low. And the middle tiers all rest in the valley between the two hills. Here we have it, the truth. There it is.

Why don't I play Plus then? I hear it promises a fair game to every combatant. Maybe because I play a high tier in the first place.... Maybe because I choose to put up with the imbalances of Brawl.... Maybe I'm afraid of change....

but these are the list of broken characters. I never siad they were good or bad.
this list sucks. but i did give a good explaination of what are broken characters.

His recovery allows him to live to around 80 damage, if even. He needs it.

Kid, I suggest you learn what a tier list is. And Fox, Wolf, Squirtle, and Zelda aren't broken at all, they're low tier.

Some characters can jump into Ganon's Up-B, then hit him right after they're released, and he just dies. Doesn't IC's fully charged Dsmash do 54%? Not like you're ever going to pull that off though lol.
