What happened on swapnote was not your fault nintendo. You left the freaking parental controls there for their to use easily. It's to the PARENTS to set them up so quit doing the parenting yourselves. Just bring back spotpass on swapnote. If the parents are that stupid as to blame you for what happened, then that's their fault cause if they placed the controlls there and stop being so careless and lazy with the parenting then that would have never happened in the first place. You even have the freaking TOS to back you if they try to sue you. >=(
