Break the Targets in Insane difficulty...

I'm pretty sure that on this difficulty is the character specfic stages. I remember seeing a stage of ice for the red targets (i think), then I saw bdcool's Sonic BtT vid on Insane and it was different. I would like to know, whether the ice stage was the difficulty before or something else. If this is true then all the BtT players like myself will be in ecstacy (ok at least happy XD).

interesting. i havnt looked into it at all, but i think it would make everyone happier. i hope youre right.
