This is a strategy for a lot of characters with projectiles. It's not like they're going to stop doing it because you don't like it. Besides, it can't be that hard to roll dodge/air dodge when someone throws something at you.

you have a few options...

1. learn to dodge
2. play a character with a reflecter and or projectiles of your own
3. quit the game as you will never get better if you cant handle simple projectile spamming

Lol, no offense, but projectiles are part of the game. Someone could say "man, I hate it when people use close range attacks to build up damage, they shouldn't do that." Its just part of the game. You can jump, dodge roll, spot dodge, and (if your character can) crawl.

Most projectiles in this game have very little merit. The only one I can foresee causing any major issues is Pit's Arrow. With severe damage reduction, it means very little to get hit by repetitive projectiles. Not only that, but with the ability to run and shield and to air dodge multiple times, it's very easy to get around this problem.
