BrawlEx Pack Not Opening?

I went to download Kitsu's Brawlex Pack and when I did I put it on my SD card and loaded it via Stage Bulider exploit and it didn't work it went back to vBrawl and I tried everything and it didn't work do I need to load it from Homebrew? What size is your SD card? Cards bigger than 2 GB won't work with the Stage Builder exploit.

The Size is 2GB

Are you sure? Check the SD card properties in the file manager (right-click -> Properties). Some cards are mis-labelled as 2 GB, but turn out to actually be 4 GB.

no I used PM with the SD card I have now and PM works fine

Okay, so it's not the card then.
When you're trying to use this pack, what are the contents of the SD card root? It should look like this:
- /codes/ folder
- /private/ folder
- boot.elf (the pack doesn't contain one, copy it from PM)
- gameconfig.txt

It does look like that but it also has a "Config.dat'' Should I take it out?

I don't believe that matters.

Inside the /codes/ folder should be RSBE01.gct.
Inside /private/wii/app/RSBE/ you should have the /pf/ and /st/ folders. /st/ should contain one .bin file only.

I've tried it again and it loaded but it didn't show any BrawlEX Characters but it only showed vBrawl Characters

In the folder /private/wii/app/rsbe/pf/BrawlEx/ you should have CSSRoster.dat

In the folder /private/wii/app/rsbe/pf/module/ you should have bx_fighter.rel

Are both of those files there?
