Brawl texture question...please help!!

Im in the process of editing a texture...when i run step 2 in ASH, i get the following error message...ImNew: no alpha layer in file C:\ (my junk here) for image 0.....
I used Adobe Photoshop to edit my textures. Anyone know the solution or cause? thanks in advance

I googled. Someone with the same problem figured it out. Save As > Targa (32 bit).
