Brawl network unreliable on west coast of Canada?

I'm repeatedly getting disconnected with the code "85010" The Nintendo site says that this is most likely because a of a new and popular game overloading the network or that there's an error in the server...

anybody else getting this?

I'm getting that error too. I live in central U.S. I hope this problem will be resolved soon.
