Brawl Minus' BrawlEX and How do I use it?

I've been wondering this for a while and I was hoping to find an answer to this commonly asked question. How does one use the BrawlEX engine on brawl minus and which files allow me to add the necessary content (project m 3.02 mew2 per se)?There are no up to date resources whatsoever on how to operate this engine.

It has to do with the Minus CSS code, IIRC. Ask Mawootad for help.
