Brawl Lucario Models?

Hey, I'm wanting the 3d models of Lucario in Brawl, with all color changes, how do I rip them or can I download them? I've looked and all the downloads I see are just torrents with all the characters with just their main colors. I just want Lucario. If someone has regular Lucario, if only one recolor, at the very least white Lucario . Thank you

The directory is Data Partition -> fighter -> lucario -> FitLucario00.pac or pcs. That's his regular color.

Thanks so much! I have one more question. Not intending to be a noob or seem noobish but what program is recommened for opening and using the pac and pcs files? (Everyone has to start somewhere...)
