Brawl+, killing the Disable Custom Stages code

How do I do this? I've been trying to find it in GCT editor, and can't. Are any nice people here who can identify the code so I can get rid of it? Playing custom levels is a huge part of my friends' and I's play.

If I got rid of this, would I be able to run B+ through Indiana Pwns on 4.3 so I wouldn't have to get rid of my stages to run Brawl?

I'm not sure how Indiana Pwns works, so I can't say for sure, but as long as you don't load through the custom stage menu (which is what that disabled custom is for), then it should be fine.
