Brawl+ Help

Hi, I am a complete noob when it comes to Brawl+. I know you can change setting to no tripping, faster movement etc... but all I really want it for is the texture hacks. I have an SD card and I've searched around google but I can't find out how to actually install/download Brawl+. I don't have a hacked wii or anything I just want to know how to get Brawl+ from scratch and if you have to do anything extra to get texture hacks. Thanks
