Brawl hack tools being forced to shut down when i open them

I need someone's help because everytime i open BrawlBox or any tools to edit the data to brawl, it doesn't show and just immediately shuts down quickly. I need someone to please help me get it back to normal so it can open and i can be able to use them again. I've been looking for months about how to resolve an issue and i cannot reinstall windows 7. Could someone help me to where it can start up again including psa and other tools i downloaded from brawlvault?
