Brawl freezing

hey guys
I was playing Brawl online last week
and the game started to freeze after 2 or 3 matches

The same is happening with Project:M, but offline D:
it started to freeze after 3 or 2 matches
then it started to freeze on the middle of the match =/
the music on stage stops to play and when the match ends, the game freezes

I load it from a pen drive with USB Loader GX for Project M
and Neogamma for Brawl

I downloaded another ISO and formatted the pen drive again
nothing has changed =/

it happened with anyone already?
anyone can help? pls D:
