Those who are running the NTSC version using freeloader/other methods on a PAL Wii
The game works fine BUT
Freezes when mario uses it water jet pack
OR
Squirtle Uses its hydro pump/water blast.

The TV just freezes and i have to restart..
This is getting annoying :dizzy:
What's the fix?
I will be purchasing the PAL release, hopefully it will fix this bug!

Ahh, I remember seeing this problem before.
I'm pretty sure the solution lies in changing the screen settings in the Wii options, I'm not sure exactly which one it is - but I'm fairly sure one of the other members could fill it in.

Rofl sounds like a bad burning process.

Because as far as Freeloaders go, it's fine.

besides setting it to 60hz for NTSC play, why are people so fussed about 60hz compared to 50 hz?

i know an obvious example is mario kart where the gameplay is 'smoother' but besides that i dont think 50hz will cause any unresponsiveness compared to 60 hz
