Brawl+ freezes

Lately, when I've been (trying to) play Brawl+, It will freeze(with an annoying beeping noise) at the stage select screen almost exactly half the time. I have to then force-shutdown my Wii each time.
I have no idea what the problem is. I tried deleting common5.pac(which I don't even recall putting on my SD card) and I tried using an earlier version of the code and the same thing still happens.
Anyone know how to fix this?

don't use an earlier version of the code.

It's probably one of your textures. But next time, don't make a new thread. Ask in the Q&A thread in the stickies.
