Brawl Freezes At Strap Menu

I'm new to this forum, so please help. I stopped messing around with ssbb hacks for a while and when I started them again it crashed. So far I've cleared my pf folder and switched file patch codes. What else should I do?

Huh, because I had item hacks once, the file size was too big, and it froze at the strap screen.
That's all I can think of.

Jeesh. Do you think I should format my SD and start from scratch?
