Brawl Freezes At Loading Screen...Why?

First off i'd like to say that I'm relatively new to hacking Brawl and I'm a n00b.
Also I'd like to apologize if this has already been answered somewhere else in the forums (I searched but couldn't find it) I know that you guys hate duplicate threads...

Anyway on to the actual problem:

I'm using Gecko OS 1.9.1 from the HBC to load Brawl and the Phantom Wings Patch Code 3.5.1.
I'm attempting to hack Shadow into brawl over DK. Now before I was using a different set of codes (I forgot what they were). And at that point the game would work fine up until the character selection screen where it would freeze.
But now, it won't even go past the initial loading screen (the black screen with the rotating smash symbol in the corner next to the word "loading")
Or it will go to the diagram telling you how to put on the Wii Remote and freeze there.

Again sorry if this sounds extremely n00bish to you or if it already exists somewhere in the forums...and if it does I'd really appreciate you pointing me out to it.

It seems that your info.pac is too big.

What's the size limit? And thanks for the link.
EDIT: And now that i've tried that other Shadow link you gave me Dark Sonic 15, I dont have common5.pac (which is what I had before) now I have the info.pac and it freezes at the character selection screen instead I heard that overloaded codes can cause this but the only code I have is File Patch...

EDIT: Ok so I have se_selcharacter_en.pac , sc_tyfiglist_en.pac, and sc_tyfig_disp2_en.pac in a directory called Menu2. Don't know if the "_en" matters or not. Also, I put the Disable Custom stages Code in and now it freezes at the stage selection screen even if i quickly click random. This is all really frustrating...

I don't think info.pac can go over 390kb

Edit the 2nd MiscData and put like periods or something. It reduced the file size of mine by like 1 or 2 kb.

dam that sucks.. i wouls say ship it to nintendo to get it fixed for free
