I followed online guides (specifically https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=UoWad-wuqFs&list=UUCC3-Ug_l3LCpbAo8K3DOGQ )
I tried Gecko and it did not load. The new icon appears as a random button, but it freezes when it loads. I then tried different characters in general, like Lucas and Marth, in hopes it was the files, but no change.
I finally tried riivolution and injecting all the files into a brawl iso in hopes that would solve the problem, but all that did was remove the need for gecko. It still came up as random.
Is there something I am missing to get BrawlEx working?
To make it easy, I started at 0 for brawl hacking and followed that guys guide I posted above to get it to work. Installed Gecko onto the SD card and ran it. I do not see anything different.
