Brawl custom content help!

I am using a 4g sd card and my custom character textures are not working! In my sd card, i have the private/wii/app/RSBE/pf/fighter/marth/FitMarth00.pcs file and i used the code in the smashboards guide in my codes folder. I open the homebrew channel on my wii and run brawl through Gecko OS 191 and it runs as normal brawl. What is wrong? Is there a gct file i can download directly without using the code manager? i have named the code RSBE01.gct but it does not work.
