Brawl Crashing

I have a problem, My Brawl game crashes whenever I try classic mode right before it lets me fight the second battle, or if i get too far in the story mode, I haven't tried much for just brawl mode but ill assume that it's a problem as well. I do know that it is the disk, and I've had it cleaned multiple times, so do i have to replace it?

It might be an issue with your Wii's data.

thanks for the suggestion, but I know 100% that it is not. it is, without a doubt, the disk
