Brawl Costume Manager code editing

So I got the source code of the Brawl Costume Manager and Visual Studio so I could edit it. I was just thinking of making some minor edits to aid in modding PM 3.6 until an official update is made. However, when I tried to debug Visual Studio said that there were like 100 errors and most of them had to do with brawllib. What is that and why am I having errors with it?
