ok megaman classic and megaman X were both created by doctor light.

but why did doctor light make X and what happened to megaman classic?

well brawl may actualy help us bridge this gap. if they put in megaman classic or X this will help make one (or both) of these well known again. if this happens this may let nintendo/capcom make more games of said megaman types. then the could make a series bridging the gap in this area.

maybe classic got destroyed and X was built to replace him? then doctor wily got started on zero or protoman to battle X. we dont know why he built a second but, this could be a possibility that would put megaman classic or X in the game.

or maybe im just a megaman fanatic with a over active imagination.

3D Megaman games suck, that's a worldwide known fact, but there's the Megaman thread you're not really asking anything new.

Classic preety much said "**** it" after appearing on playstation for Megaman 8. So he basically quit.

Dr. Light made X to appease people who wanted a "cooler" Megaman....

and would actually take out the garbage once and a while....
