Brawl a week before launch

I have no Idea if this has been diccused, but....
If I get Brawl before launch, is that illegal, because my friends got Halo 3 before the launch,
and im willing to do the same and I want to be the one that spoils the Intro of BRAWL,
Like the halo 3 Ending

Yes, it is illegal to have a copy of the final without paying for it. I think the government has a special term for it, you might have heard of it before: theft.

Your friend's a theif too, though he'll unlikely be charged, neither will you.

You will not spoil the intro of Brawl. Trust me. So give up that notion.

Have you forgotten that Japan gets the game two weeks before the U.S. does? Everything will be spoiled once the game breaks there.

As for getting the game before launch, I don't think it's necessarily illegal, since there are game stores that get copies in advance for their employees. But I really can't say for sure. Are your scruples really going to hold you back though, if you really want to spoil Brawl for everyone that much?
