So here are the boys,

RoSiE (Roserade) (F) @ Focus Sash
Ability: Natural Cure
EVs: 24 HP/232 Spd/252 SAtk
Timid nature (+Spd, -Atk)
- Sleep Powder
- Toxic Spikes
- Leaf Storm
- Hidden Power [Ground]

Such a great lead, Roserade puts me in an advantageous position at the start of almost every match. I put something to sleep first, and then I'm free to lay down Toxic Spikes. I'm using Leaf Storm over Grass Knot because Rosie usually doesn't stay in for more than a few turns and when she does she is setting up anyway. Hidden Power Ground is nice and it comes in handy more than I think HP Fire or Ice would. I've always wanted to try Roserade out and she has been overwhelmingly successful.

KaNinE (Gyarados) (M) @ Leftovers
Ability: Intimidate
EVs: 252 Atk / 232 Speed / 24 HP
Adamant nature (+Atk, -SAtk)
- Dragon Dance
- Waterfall
- Stone Edge
- Taunt
---
Offensive Gyarados helps stop SD Lucario and SD Garchomp from getting out of hand, and I don't mind the drop in power when I have Toxic damage weakening the opponent every turn. Taunt comes in handy as well, stopping the opponent's attempts at recovering, setting up secondary damage of their own, or trying to stat up. All and all G-Dos is a great asset to my team and its also one of my favorite pokes to use J

MayHeM (Metagross) @ Leftovers
Ability: Clear Body
EVs: 252 HP/236 Atk/12 Def/8 Spd
Adamant nature (+Atk, -SAtk)
- Meteor Mash
- Earthquake
- Explosion
- Pursuit
---
Metagross works pretty well in tandem with Gyarados, resisting Rock while Gyarados happily switches in on any Earthquake. Metagross Pursuits those pesky Starmie who would otherwise try to Thunderbolt Gyarados or Rapid Spin away all of my hard work, and Pursuits Gengar who is generally annoying. Meteor Mash hits hard enough without Choice Band (Magnezone is a punk anyway) and if I'm lucky I'll snag a few Attack boosts anyway. Also deals with the newly OU Deoxys-S. Booms when it just feels right.

Shadow (Umbreon) @ Leftovers
Ability: Synchronize
EVs: 252 HP/252 SPD/6 Def
Sassy nature (+SD -SPEED)
- Mean Look
- Wish
- Baton Pass
- Payback
---
Umbreon works pretty well with this team, he plays the role as my special wall. I usually use him the most cheapest way as possibly but it works like wonders. When some one switches in I MI them , do a wish and baton pass to someone that is more suitable for that particular battle. All and all Umbreon is a great asset to my team and its also one of my favorite pokes to use J

Eragon (Salamence) @ Choice specs
Ability: Intimidate
EVs: 4 HP / 252 SpA / 252 Spe
Modest nature (+SA –Atk.)
-Flamethrower
-Draco Meteor
-Hydro Pump
-Dragon Pulse
---
Specs mence is so hand for the team, it covers a lot of my weakness on the team. Not much to say here on Eragon, but you can say that he is probably one of the best dragons in the game, besides legends.

Rocky (Donphan ) @ Leftovers
Ability: Sturdy
EVs: 252 HP / 6 Atk / 252 Def
Impish nature
-Earthquake
-Ice Shard/Stone Edge
-Rapid Spin
- Roar
--
Donphan works perfectly for this team I have and it covers a lot of weakness I have as well. I have 2 pokemon weak to Fire and Rock. And since I have that donphan is a nice STAB Earthquake handles those two problems. Not including he is a great spinner and with my toxic spikes out I can roar everyone away and away.

But Anyways that’s my Team so far so what do you guys think, and feel free to say anything about it as long as it is constructive information that could help my team get even better.

Looks pretty good. You cover your weaknesses pretty well. I'd give it 7.5/10.

If you want to run a SpecsMence, here's one I made a while ago.

Modest @ ChoiceSpecs
252 Sp Atk/252 Spd/6 HP
Flamethrower
Draco Meteor
Hydro Pump
Dragon Pulse

You need a 6th Pokemon. Hmm. You already have two Physical Sweepers and a wall in Umbreon. Maybe a Pokemon with Roar?

yeah that sounds good, and thanks for the Help!!!
But anyways hmmm, yeah that is the typical specsmence, seems like it will do me some good to cover all of my other weaknesses as well since i dont have a fire poke.
But i was thinking about using someone like gengar because if have a poke like mence i will have two pokes with the same weaknesses.
But for the last poke i was thinking it could be a support pokemon that could learn roar and i need a spinner so those SR's and spikes wont kill me.
So, for the last slot do you guys think donphan with this moveset....
Donphan 252 HP / 6 Atk / 252 Def
~ Rapid Spin
~ Earthquake
~ Ice Shard
~ Roar
What do you think

You need a reliable way of taking down Infernape. Gyarados does alright, but grass knot hits it hard. Salamence resists a typical mixape, but a lot of them also carry HP ice. I would try cressellia.

Everything on this team seems waay too standard. The only thing setting you apart is the Roserade. Also, stick a Lum Berry on your 'rade since most leads also try to inflict sleep. 'Rade isn't the fastest sleep inducer around, so this might be helpful to catch your foe off guard.

I would put a Choice Band on Metagross. I know you said it hits hard enough without it, but it's required to OHKO a lot of things. Most Magnezones aren't going to be stopped by it, since they usually run Magnet Rise and are EVed to outspeed you. Liechi Berry is an option, but I don't reccomend it. Starf would be more intresting, and you could run HP Fire for the Magnezone's who try to wall you with magnet rise.

This is a gimmicky option, however. I say just slap on a CB, or maybe a Scarf/ Muscle Band. Even an Expert Belt would work.
