EDIT: Sorry, there was sound for it. It wasn't anything too discernible; I think it was pretty generic, the type of laugh you might expect from Bowser. Anyway, this should be in the Dojo Updates forum.

Bowser has the same or VERY similar voice to the one he had in Galaxy, I'm fairly certain

Probably is the Bowser from Galaxy. They probably hired the guy to do these two games, and I expect Mario Party for the Wii and Mario & Sonic.

The one in Mario Galaxy you mean?

I'm fairly certain it's in this video, but I'm not going to watch the whole thing to make sure.
