WTF? How did this get posted in General Discussion? Well, whatever. Moving right along.
Bowser Jr. is second on my list of most-wanted Brawlers, next to Wolf Link. I really support him, so I decided to make a movelist!

Wall Jump: No.
Playing Style: Bowser Jr. is a very balanced character. He's fast, but also a strong fighter.
Fighting Stance: Bowser Jr. stands leaning a bit forward, light on his feet, with his paintbrush in his hands. After about thirty seconds he'll got flat on his feet and look around.
COSTUMES:
Normal Bowser Jr.
Blue face and shell, purple ponytail and eyebrows, grey mask, and dark blue skin (blue team)
Dark green face, red shell, green ponytail and eyebrows, yellow mask, light green legs (green team)
Red face and shell, black ponytail and eyebrows, maroon skin, light red mask (red team)
Grey skin, grey face, black shell, maroon ponytail and eyebrows, and a red mask
MOVESET
~A Attacks:
A: Jab - 3%
AA: Uppercut with his other arm - 4%
AAA: Kick (like Marioi's) - 7%
A>: Strong jab - 6%
A^: Strong Uppercut - 10%
Av: Slide-kick - 10%
Slide Attack: Bowser Jr. slides head-first like a baseball dive, takes a second to recover - 11%
A>>: Headbutt. A simple headbutt. - 20% if charged all the way, slight knockback
Avv: Double paint brush attack. BJ aims low and attacks both sides of him, sort of like Ganondorf's. - 15% if charged all the way, decent knockback
A^^: Paint brush slash. BJ simply strikes upwards with his paint brush. The paint has no special effects. - 15% if charged all the way, good knockback
~B Attacks:
B: Paint Swipe. Bowser Jr. attacks forward with his paint brush. The effects of this are random. The paint will either be electric paint, molten paint, or the normal goo paint. The molten one is the strongest and rarest. Electric - 15% Molten - 25% Normal - 13%
B>: Paint throw. BJ simply waves his paint brush and throws paint forward. It's always the normal kind.
B^: BJ paints a portal, jumps through it, then another portal appears and he jumps out of it. This recovery move isn't very effective. The only way to damage opponents is if the portal touches them. - 10%
Bv: Bowser Jr. spins around throwing paint on the ground around him. Opponents will get stuck for two seconds if they touch this paint.
~Aerial Attacks:
Aerial A: Swipes forward with his claw. - 6%
Aerial A>: Kicks forward. - 7%, good knockback
Aerial A^: Lunges upwards with his paint brush. - 6%
Aerial Av: Dives downward, paintbrush first. This is a lot like Ganondorf's or Captain Falcon's attack. The paint is always the normal kind, and will cause the enemy to get stuck for 3 seconds. - 15%
Aerial B: Swipes forward with his paint brush. The paint is always the normal kind. - 6%, very good knockback
Aerial B>: Spin-kicks forward. - 7% Good knockback
Aerial Bv: Same as his normal Bv, but just throws it straight down.
~Grabs:
Grab: Reaches forward with both hands. - 2%
Grab A: Simple headbutt. - 6%
Grab^: Throws the opponent upwards. - 3% decent knockback.
Grab> (if he is facing this way -->): Throws the opponent to the side. - 4% decent knockback
Grab> (if he is facing this way <--): Spins around like Mario's throw. - 3%, very good knockback
Grabv: Throws the opponent downwards, then hits them upwards with his paint brush. Paint is always the normal kind. - 11%
~Other:
Entrance: An "M" portal appears, and BJ hops out of it.
Final Smash: <Paint Monster: Petey Pirahna> Bowser Jr. paints Petey Pirahna, and then he goes around wreaking havoc. Flying all around the stage, spitting paint everywhere. The paint will slow you down and damage you 3% each second you're in it. If Petey touches you you'll be damaged 25% but fly far away. The only chance you have of surviving is if you initially had less than 10% damage.
~Taunts
Taunt: BJ points upwards in a "I'm-number-1" sorta of fashion and says "Yeaaah!"
Victory Taunt 1: Same as his normal taunt.
Victory Taunt 2: BJ tries to breathe fire, and only breathes a little bit. He then has a sad look on his face. Awww, poor Bowser Jr. ;_;
Victory Taunt 3: BJ jumps all around going crazy, then ends up sliding on the ground pointing upwards.
