First go in training mode,choose any characters and Saffron City.
Go move the enemy at the elevator enterance,go there,put max red shells,and wait.
Whan a Pokemon comes,both char whould freese,the pokemon will move slow,both players should get 999% dmg and than they'l fly away!

Also, you can do this.

Choose Mario, opponent whoever, and go to Dreamland. Put opponent on a platform and create all the red shells you can. Hop down as Mario and Up+B into it. It's the same thing, really.

You can pick 4 Links, throw bombs up and get stuck in the bombs.

You mean green shells.
Samus's Skrew atack can do that too(try mario and samus in training,put 4 shells,put cp to atack for a "freezy" game)
