Okay, so in Stadium there are four modes: Target Test, Home Run Contest, Multiman Brawl, and something NEW!

My best guess would be Boss Endurance. You can see Petey's silhouette, some other boss, and Master hand in the background.

Oh, and these previous three ALL had co-op and online; I'd say there's a pretty good chance that this will too.

Yea, I'm no expert in Japanese, but I can read a bit of katakana.Those read something like bo-su-ba-to-ru, so it is almost definitely a boss rush mode of some sort.

This says, "Boss Battle" So if by "Boss Endurance, you mean you can choose from a list of bosses which boss you'd like to fight again, then yes, This is it. But it's called, "Boss Battle"
