Bootmii not compatible with new homebrew update?

I've been trying to boot up homebrew via bootmii...but it hasn't been working since I updated homebrew last night. Is there a reason/fix for this? Or do I have to uninstall homebrew and reinstall it?

I know the homebrew channel has a different ID now (Wii Menu 4.3 blocks the old ID), so you should check to see if BootMii has been updated.

I re-installed my Bootmii and it worked again, same problem.
