BLANK TEMPLATE FOR PROJECT M + CBLISS + STAGE EXPANSION?

I've been pulling my hair out for months.

If someone could put together a BLANK template with Project M + Cbliss + either Classic Expansion Pack or Stage Expansion, the world would be eternally grateful.

It's totally possible, there's packs out there that can do it, but they're filled with stuff I don't want or need and I just really want a blank template and have been struggling for months to get it to work.

(mega bonus points if you somehow manage to get Alternate Stage Loader to work with it)

HERE IT IS (I CAN'T LINK YET SO YOU'LL HAVE TO REMOVE THE SPACES)

only problem is that the portraits are the ****ty 3.0 versions. in the future i'll update them.

this is full homebrew version, obviously not wifi-safe. tell me if you have any problems.
