BG, OH Tournament?

I am from Bowling Green, Ohio, and I have never played in a tournament. I play Melee, but my friends aren't usually a challenge. Is anyone out there hosting a Melee tournament in BG? Can anyone tell me the rules for tournament play, or how to host one? I would like to meet Melee'ers in BG. I am quite new to this site, and am unsure how to use is efficiently. A link to rules and regulations for formal play would be sweet. Any info would be very helpful. Thanks.
