Better psa for each character.

Hello to everyone. I'm going to make a hack with only modified characters (such as Cloud, Viewtiful Joe, Zero, etc ...) and would like to know about the better, more balanced and less buggy psa ever made for each character. I thank you all for the help.

Cloud Dissidia is pretty powerful, though, balanced. X1 battles he's almost good as MK. VS 4 battles he is overpowered.
